- Lead end-to-end creative ideation, production, and execution for partners.
- Bridge big ideas with social-first production.
- Oversee a multi-disciplinary creative team for concept and delivery.
- Pitch ideas and stay on top of social media best practices.
- Deliver high-quality, on-brand work; client-facing collaboration.
🎯 Requirements
- 10-12+ years agency/brand experience in social/creative advertising.
- Deep understanding of evolving social space and viral content/trends.
- Proven experience leading high-volume social/digital productions; strong pipelines (VFX/AI tools a plus).
- Leadership to organize, inspire, and guide a creative team.
- Player-coach; hands-on with the work.
- Proficient in Google Slides and Adobe Creative Suite.
