- Diagnose and resolve Level 1 IT issues (password resets, VPN, email, hardware)
- Assist inventory, setup, and deployment of end-user hardware
- Create and maintain IT FAQs and troubleshooting docs for self-service
- Triage and escalate complex issues to senior IT staff
