Job Description

  • Diagnose and resolve Level 1 IT issues (password resets, VPN, email, hardware)
  • Assist inventory, setup, and deployment of end-user hardware
  • Create and maintain IT FAQs and troubleshooting docs for self-service
  • Triage and escalate complex issues to senior IT staff
