📋 Description
- Lead IT support/helpdesk to ensure timely incident resolution.
- Manage daily IT operations, ensuring uptime and reliability of systems.
- Accountable for IT logistics: procurement, shipping, and hardware delivery.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, track warranties, update asset info.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Foster cross-team collaboration.
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years IT experience with 2-3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience with Jamf and Intune; Jamf 300 or AZ-900 preferred.
- Experience with Okta, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Google Meet.
- Strong hardware support knowledge (laptops and peripherals).
- Hands-on IT asset management, inventory and logistics coordination.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills; customer-focused and able to handle pressure.
