About the role

We are seekinga Senior Product Managerto lead our enterprise B2B platform, built using a modular framework, whereyou’llowntheend-to-end execution. This role demands exceptional technical depth combined with strategic product vision to builda productthat enterprises trust.

Initially, our modular platform will serve our internal needs to assemble new end-to-end solutions for customersthat combineextraction, transformation, andverificationAI capabilities and modular, customizable components. Long term, the platformshouldalsoeasilyallow partners to buildadditionalcomponentsand integrationsvia our external APIs.You'llbe responsible forbuilding the modular framework componentsthat enable internal teams to build, deploy, and scalesolutions for our growing client base.

What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager,you will own the vision, roadmap, and execution ofHerculesAI’score modular framework—enabling internal developers to configure, build, and integrate AI workers, workflows, and data pipelines.

Core responsibilities:

• Driveproductvision:Collaborate with the Head of Product on definingand communicate the long-term vision and product strategy.
• Build for scale and reusability:Champion modular architecture and composable componentssuch asindependent andreusable AIagents, workflows,UI components,and data connectors to support flexible, scalable automation across industries and clients,enabling ourinternal team to build and shipsolutions that address new use casesin weeks rather than months.
• Overseeplatform services architecture: Lead the development of core platform services including authentication, authorization, data management, workflow orchestration, notification systems, and integration capabilities.You'llcollaborate withengineering teams to design scalablearchitecture supportingrelationship-based access controls, application isolation, and compliance requirements acrossour verticals of focus.
• Advocate for the user on the Scrum team: Providevision, direction, and prioritization to the Agile development team, by managing the backlog, writing effective user stories, leading grooming sessions, planning sprints, conducting retrospectives, and supporting with release management process.
• Prioritize ruthlessly: Balance enterprise customer needs, platform stability,and long-term scalabilityof the framework in the developmentand maintenance ofa detailed product roadmap that expertly prioritizes features and enhancements based on business impact, customer feedback, and technical feasibility, while balancing short-term deliverables with long-term innovation goals.
• Lead product discovery: Partner withour internal teams across GTM,engineering,data science,design,andcustomer success,as well asenterpriseclients and userstoidentifykey platform needs across industries.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders: Gather insights,validateideas, and understand pain points that translate into actionable requirements on the roadmap with ongoing user research efforts.
• Collaborate closely with the Design team: Give the context and feedback to iterate on intuitive user experiences that meet the needs of diverse usersfor the development of reusable, customizable UI components.
• Measureanalytics andROI:Define and analyze metrics of product success and ROI and gather customer feedback tovalidatewhether features work per the defined metrics.
• Ensure compliance and governance: Design with security, privacy, and auditability in mind—core totheHerculesAIvalue in regulated industries.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience,preferably2+ yearson platform development whereyou'vesuccessfully launched and scaledplatforms.
• Technical depth for platform services and APIs. Strong understanding of platform architecture including microservices, containerization, API design, authentication systems, and application runtime environments. You can discuss platform services like data management, workflow orchestration, user management, and deployment pipelines with engineering teams while translating technical concepts for business stakeholders. Familiarity with tools like Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD platforms, and cloud application services highly valued.
• Experience working on enterprise B2B software with a strong understanding of extensibility, APIs, and system design.
• Strong history of workingacross product, engineering, design, andGTM teams to drive alignment.
• Product experience in AI/ML, agent frameworks, or automation platforms.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior startup or scale-up experiencepreferred.
