Mission

Support the company's different departments with processing purchase orders in the SAP system, requesting quotes, creating comparative charts, and launching bidding processes for the purchase of products and services needed for the company's operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that requested products and services correspond to those ordered from authorized suppliers via purchase orders in the SAP system.
• Follow up on purchase orders entered into the SAP system and prepare reports as requested by the department head.
• Comply with policies established by AHMSA regarding safety, quality, confidentiality, expenses, etc.
• Report security events in a timely manner (voluntarily or confidentially).
• Assist in the implementation of risk mitigation measures.
• Timely report hazards, events, or situations during emergency response.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Commercial Relations, or a related field.
• Intermediate or advanced English proficiency.
