The key focus areas for the Retail Customer Success organization remain consistent:
- Lead with a client-first mindset, ensuring delivery against Retail CS financial commitments while continuously elevating Retail satisfaction.
- Transform the customer experience across every touchpoint of the customer journey, reinforcing NIQ’s position as the partner of choice.
- Represent NIQ at key Retail and FMCG and T&D industry events, confidently presenting insights and perspectives to senior external stakeholders.
- Influence and manage within a matrixed environment, aligning cross-functional teams and priorities to achieve common goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders—both internal and external—effectively negotiating and influencing to drive mutual success.
- Manage multiple stakeholders and conflicting priorities with agility and strong business judgment.
- Demonstrate sound judgment and the ability to decline requests constructively, ensuring strategic alignment and safeguarding the long-term sustainability of the business.
- Generate leads and identify opportunities for growth across the Retail portfolio, aligned with NIQ’s strategic priorities.
- Support retailer recruitment and enhance panel quality to strengthen NIQ’s market insights and data accuracy.
- Inspire, develop, and lead a high-performing team, fostering engagement, inclusion, and a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Take ownership to increase employee engagement scores, cultivating an empowered and motivated workforce.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years of professional experience, preferably within NIQ, Retail, FMCG / T&D, consumer or trade marketing, analytics and insights, or market research industries.
- Proven track record in stakeholder management, influencing across matrix organizations, and building trusted relationships at senior levels.
- Deep knowledge of the FMCG, T&D and Retail industries within the region, including strong professional networks.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills—comfortable representing NIQ in external forums and executive meetings.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively, drive engagement, and develop talent.
- Knowledge of NIQ methodologies and research techniques is an advantage.
