We are looking for a Senior Content Specialist to join our team and support the delivery of clear, engaging, and customer-centric communication across Betano’s digital platforms. This role is highly operational and collaborative, sitting at the intersection of content, CRM, creative production, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
As a Senior Content Specialist, you will:
- Manage and maintain front banners and stories on the website, ensuring content is accurate, compliant, timely, and aligned with ongoing campaigns and business priorities.
- Coordinate with external agencies to brief, review, and deliver visual assets for Content and CRM initiatives, guaranteeing brand consistency and on-time execution.
- Handle operational translations from English to Portuguese, adapting messages to ensure clarity, consistency, and cultural relevance for the local market.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Marketing, CRM, Product, Compliance, and other teams) to align messaging and deliver the best possible communication to our customers.
- Support the content execution flow from a customer experience (CX) perspective, proactively helping to reduce friction and potential complaints.
What you’ll bring:
- Relevant experience in content, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field.
- Not mandatory, but experience coordinating agencies or cross-functional teams is a strong plus.
- Advanced English (written and spoken), with the ability to translate and adapt content into Portuguese.
- Previous experience in betting, gaming, entertainment, or regulated digital industries is desirable.
