Security Officer Lead at TSG

📋 Description

• Help supervise operations of an assigned Client site on assigned shift.
• Report directly to Marksman / Titan Management.
• Manage a team of 15 security officers, including scheduling, payroll, training.
• Ensure high quality security services to protect people and property.
• Handle all escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately.
• Develop staff through performance management and coaching.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma and 2 years leadership experience.
• Valid Security License if required by state, driver's license as applicable.
• English language proficiency; bilingual a plus.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Must maintain a working telephone number contact.
• Physical demands: stand/sit/walk for extended periods; lift 50 lbs.
