• Experience owning day-to-day IT operations in multi-site/retail.
• Strong ops mindset with standards, documentation, and repeatable processes.
• Experience administering endpoint, identity, and collaboration platforms.
• ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management knowledge.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
