Job Description
📋 Description
- Collaborate with 3rd party integrators and internal teams to scale R&D to high-volume production
- Drive process development to optimize cost, quality, and efficiency
- Participate in FAT/SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ, and commissioning activities
- Write machine specs, evaluate proof of concept systems, and conceptual machine design
- Develop, validate, and document manufacturing process improvements including automation
- Collaborate with broad range of technical expertise throughout the company
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical preferred)
- Experience with Design of Experiments (DOE), process development, and equipment design
- Knowledge of plastics manufacturing: thermoforming, injection molding, CNC
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, product development, or R&D
- Demonstrated ability to drive the design and development of manufacturing equipment
