Advanced Manufacturing Engineer - Assembly at Dandy

📋 Description

• Collaborate with 3rd party integrators and internal teams to scale R&D to high-volume production
• Drive process development to optimize cost, quality, and efficiency
• Participate in FAT/SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ, and commissioning activities
• Write machine specs, evaluate proof of concept systems, and conceptual machine design
• Develop, validate, and document manufacturing process improvements including automation
• Collaborate with broad range of technical expertise throughout the company

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical preferred)
• Experience with Design of Experiments (DOE), process development, and equipment design
• Knowledge of plastics manufacturing: thermoforming, injection molding, CNC
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, product development, or R&D
• Demonstrated ability to drive the design and development of manufacturing equipment
