Associate Director - Cyber Risk at CrossCountry Consulting

📋 Description

• Lead as a key leader in DC Risk Advisory, growing client base and team.
• Lead accounts and steward relationships across FS, enterprise, government, PE.
• Hands-on project leadership across cyber risk engagements (strategy, risk, IAM, testing).
• Lead and mentor teams, delivering high-quality solutions and deliverables.
• Apply specialized cyber knowledge and broad acumen, including emerging AI.
• Design, test, and scale new cyber and risk offerings; coach teammates.

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in consulting or equivalent.
• Experience with major cybersecurity frameworks/standards and tools.
• Experience delivering security solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) technology and implementations.
• Experience with cyber testing and resilience: Incident Response, Red Team, Penetration Testing.
• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university.
