📋 Description

• Provide evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2-26)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on progress
• Build trusting relationships with patients and families
• Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation and records
• Participate in ongoing clinical consultation and professional development

🎯 Requirements

• Independently licensed in Pennsylvania as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW
• Minimum of 1 year experience providing individual therapy to children and adolescents
• At least 1 year of telehealth or virtual care experience
• Own phone, computer, and high-speed internet (1099 contractor)
• Flexible schedule with availability after 4pm ET and/or weekends
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and EMR systems; strong documentation skills
