We’re hiring a Chief of Staff to work closely with our CEO and leadership team from our San Francisco office. This is a high-impact, high-trust role for someone who acts as a force multiplier, creating leverage through strong execution, organization, and judgment.
You’ll own a mix of strategic initiatives and operational responsibilities, including leadership support, office operations, and company-wide events. This role is ideal for someone who is highly capable, proactive, and thrives in fast-moving environments.
Responsibilities
Partner closely with the leadership to manage priorities, execution, and follow-through across the business
Own leadership calendar, scheduling, and preparation to ensure time is spent on the highest-impact work
Drive special projects and cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution
Coordinate and execute company-wide events, offsites, and team activities
Own day-to-day office operations, ensuring the Slash SF office runs smoothly and efficiently
Manage vendors, supplies, and office logistics to keep the workspace fully operational
Establish and improve internal processes that create leverage for leadership and teams
Needs
1–3+ years of experience as a Chief of Staff, Operations Manager, Program Manager, EA, or early-stage operator
Experience working directly with senior leadership in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment
Exceptionally high agency, you see what needs to be done and do it without waiting for direction
Strong organizational and prioritization skills with extreme attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfort operating in ambiguity and switching between strategic and tactical work
Proven ability to manage calendars, events, and operational workflows at a high level
Based in (or willing to relocate to) San Francisco for an onsite role
