  • Coordinate and execute company-wide events, offsites, and team activities

  • Own day-to-day office operations, ensuring the Slash SF office runs smoothly and efficiently

  • Manage vendors, supplies, and office logistics to keep the workspace fully operational

  • Establish and improve internal processes that create leverage for leadership and teams

Needs

  • 1–3+ years of experience as a Chief of Staff, Operations Manager, Program Manager, EA, or early-stage operator

  • Experience working directly with senior leadership in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment

  • Exceptionally high agency, you see what needs to be done and do it without waiting for direction

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with extreme attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and switching between strategic and tactical work

  • Proven ability to manage calendars, events, and operational workflows at a high level

  • Based in (or willing to relocate to) San Francisco for an onsite role

What's In It For You:

  • Opportunity for high growth

  • High autonomy + ownership culture

  • Comprehensive health + benefits plan

  • Paid Lunches

  • Work out of our new San Francisco office space - On-Site, Monday-Friday

  • Unlimited PTO
