- Incident management (reduce or eliminate unsafe conditions or acts), follow up activities in System (SAT´s).
- Easy buyer user (coordinate PRF, P.O requisitions and creations, release payments)
- Audit processes, follow up CAPA actions (support to Supervisors).
- Maintain alive the Shipping and Receiving Huddle (KPI´s, 5´s, Process Confirmation)
- Actively participation in daily meetings internal or external huddles
- Equipment Management - Scanners (quantities, repairmen’s) tracking.
- Operational Support to daily activities to Shipping and Receiving Areas.
- Operational Support if it is necessary to Indirect Receipts.
- Trigger and follow up new projects related to Shipping and Receiving Area.
- PPS, RIE´s, Workshop active participation
- Information analysis related to Operational Processes (Shipping and Receiving’s)
- LCI Assessment support
- Follow up to implement open actions (People Improvement Ideas)
- Follow up to close open actions related to Pulse Survey
- Support to Manager or Sr. Manager into daily activities
- Area consumables Management
