  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure accurate documentation of training records as required by regulatory agencies.
  • Research and integrate new training technologies and best practices tailored to a manufacturing environment.
  • Support change management related to process improvements.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning theory or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience designing and delivering training in a manufacturing, operations, or industrial environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS); experience with e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering training sessions to groups of 20–30 participants.

Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.
