Senior Back-end Engineer Agentic AI Systems

We seek senior backend engineers with a strong track record of designing scalable systems and shipping production-ready software. Key requirements include deep experience with Python and Django, hands-on work building event-driven systems (e.g., Celery), and familiarity with agentic AI concepts (LangChain, LangGraph) or similar frameworks. You should have demonstrated ownership of complex systems in startup environments, a bias toward delivery, and comfort working with ambiguity and evolving requirements.
