Solutions Engineer at Paddle

📋 Description
- Become expert on Paddle product suite (checkout, dashboard, APIs)
- Communicate with C-suite and senior developers to enable great experiences
- Write integration plans and sample code for sellers
- Support Account Executives on customer calls to win business
- Work with Customer Success Managers to onboard and launch customers
- Provide feedback to Product/Engineering on issues and requests
- Contribute to public and internal documentation
- Mentor new and junior team members
🎯 Requirements
- Web tech experience: HTML, CSS, JavaScript; understand how they work together
- Experience using and integrating APIs
- Strong interpersonal and customer management skills in customer-facing role
- Ability to discuss technical concepts with technical and non-technical audiences
- Understanding of online payments infrastructure, with relevant experience
