- Serve as the primary People Business Partner
- Coach managers in real time on ER, performance, feedback, and conflict resolution
- Partner with leaders to build and refine clear career ladders and growth paths
- Help managers define role expectations, leveling frameworks, and promotion criteria
- Design and deliver scalable manager trainings (e.g., fundamentals, performance, feedback)
- Partner with leaders to improve team performance, engagement, and accountability
🎯 Requirements
- Experience working at a fast-growing startup or tech company
- Strong hands-on experience with employee relations and performance management
- Proven ability to coach and influence managers, especially first-time leaders
- Experience designing and facilitating manager trainings or workshops
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and building as you go
- Practical, business-minded approach with high emotional intelligence
