📋 Description

• Build and operate AI workflows with n8n, MCP, Zapier.
• Run discovery with business units to size impact: time saved, cost.
• Manage intake queue; prioritize backlog by impact, effort, risk.
• Create lean Automation Specs with triggers, data sources, test checklist.
• Operate production automations: monitor health, quotas, costs.
• Train junior team; set goals; provide feedback in SQL, metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in process re-engineering, data analytics, or automation.
• Hands-on with low/no-code tools or GenAI.
• English and Mandarin fluency.
• Experience with n8n, Zapier, Make, MCP.
• SQL required; basic Python preferred.
• Cloud/data concepts: AWS S3/DynamoDB, REST APIs.
