Job Summary

The Functional Consultant will be responsible for owning and executing consulting projects to Fortune 1000 clients. We are looking for candidates with educational background from premier institutes like IIT/NIT/BITS or equivalent. This job profile will offer an individual to logically transform from a coding/testing background into a client facing techno-functional followed by a 100% functional consulting role. At HighRadius, there is no experience bar for the career progression to senior consultant, lead, and manager or beyond. It would be a direct function of his/her delivery, competency and organization’s comfort level to assign higher responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and deliver project/s for Fortune 1000 companies and across geographies.
• Own the project end to end and deliver it with superior quality, high value and great customer satisfaction and within planned timelines.
• Run and execute the project through the various phases of project life cycle including Design, Build, Testing, cutover, Go-live and hyper care
• Collaborate with cross functional teams such as product delivery, sales, engineering, technical teams to deploy the project with in the agreed KPIs
• Able to build Rapport with clients and manage them effectively

Skill & Experience Needed

• Overall 1-6 years of professional services experience
• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree (preferably from a top reputed university)
• Location: Hyderabad
• Strong analytical and communication skills are required. North American and European client facing experience is a plus.
