Summer Internship: US Commercial External Supply Quality Intern at BeiGene

BeOne is seeking a Summer Intern to join their commercial external manufacturing oversight unit. The role will focus on building and implementing visual management tools to manage work and create escalation dashboards. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to gain exposure to risk-based prioritization and escalation within a commercial quality organization.

Requirements

• Develop and automate visual management tools for Tier meetings within ESQ Commercial team
• Develop communication dashboard to report CMO Risk, manage escalations and visually signal if Inform/or Support needed from Senior leadership
• Collect VOC on information needed to inform team KPIs and identify risk
• Train team members and create supporting playbook to ensure solution developed is sustained and scalable
• Identify and set up appropriate repository for tools to sit, ensuring ease of access for end users
