📋 Description

• Own end-to-end ops across warehousing, fulfillment, logistics, and delivery (Alameda & Van Nuys)
• Define key metrics and build systems to surface issues early
• Design and implement scalable operating processes
• Lead, develop, and coach high-performing teams at all levels
• Drive cross-functional alignment with sales, finance, and leadership
• Ensure readiness for growth, seasonality, and new channels

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of operations leadership in distribution/logistics/fulfillment
• Experience at scale with multiple SKUs, variable volumes, tight SLAs
• Proven track record of metric-driven teams and measurable improvements
• Must meet Kiva's Motor Vehicle requirements
• Experience in fast-growth or high-expectation environments
• Deep comfort with operating metrics, dashboards, and financial drivers
