Supervisor, Inventory & Logistics at Hermeus

📋 Description

• Own safety compliance with OSHA and internal standards (EHS).
• Develop and standardize training (forklift, rigging, hazmat) with tracking.
• Maintain quality and traceability for kitting, material processing, and work orders.
• Set daily/weekly production targets and allocate labor with team leads.
• Identify constraints two weeks out; escalate risks early; remove blockers cross-functionally.
• Define and manage service levels across inventory and logistics.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years aerospace manufacturing or 6+ years high-mix/high-volume.
• Experience leading frontline teams in production, inventory, or logistics.
• Ability to support occasional nights or weekends as required.
