🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years HR experience; Business Partner preferred
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
• Excellent stakeholder management with C-level exposure
• Proficient in people data, metrics and analytics
• Independent, hands-on; accountable for delivering results
• Change management skills
