Staff Engineer – Platform (NELD & Ingestion) at Netradyne

📋 Description

• Own core backend services and pipelines; anchor NELD or Ingestion.
• Influence cross-team architecture and execution.
• Design scalable ingestion and compliance workflows across domains.
• Build data quality, correctness, and reliability into systems.
• Mentor engineers and raise engineering standards.
• Lead design reviews, RFCs, and cross-team architecture discussions.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong CS fundamentals; distributed systems expertise.
• Deep hands-on backend experience with Java, Spring Boot.
• Experience with Kafka, Kinesis, Pulsar (or similar).
• Design scalable ingestion pipelines and data models.
• Experience with SQL, NoSQL, or time-series storage.
• On-call production experience (incidents, postmortems).
• Excellent communication and technical leadership.
