📋 Description

• Backbone of the People & Talent function, owning workforce data.
• Own end-to-end HR ops: lifecycle from candidate to offboarding.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, ER, Finance, and IT on scalable solutions.
• Build resilient processes and controls as Relativity grows.
• Balance rigor, speed, and employee experience in a high-growth setting.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in People Ops or related functions, including leadership.
• Experience designing, building, and scaling HR processes in growth environments.
• Strong HR controls, compliance, and audit readiness; SOX preferred.
• Oversee HR systems and workflows across lifecycle.
• Excellent collaboration with Legal, Compliance, ER, Finance, and IT.
• Deep data visualization and dashboard architecture experience.
