About the Role
Weâre looking for a Director of New Markets to own the P&L and growth strategy across three of Moonpigâs key international markets: the US, Ireland and Australia.
Based in London on a hybrid basis, youâll report directly to the GM International (Executive Leadership Team) and run these regions like a scale-up within the Group. This is true end-to-end market ownership - setting the vision, driving performance, and leading a cross-functional team to deliver sustainable growth.
Youâll lead a dedicated squad of 15 across Marketing, CRM, Trading and Operations, while working in partnership with Product, Analytics and Finance to unlock the full power of the Moonpig platform.
This is a rare opportunity to shape the next phase of Moonpigâs international growth - with the backing of a FTSE 250 leader and a high degree of autonomy.
