- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to win new logos in target sectors.
- Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities.
- Create and present value propositions and ROI analyses tailored to each prospect.
- Navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders at C-suite and senior levels.
- Collaborate with solution architects and SMEs to design customized BPO solutions.
- Negotiate and structure complex commercial agreements ensuring profitability.
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years enterprise sales experience, 5+ years in BPO services sales
- Proven success closing large-scale BPO contracts (1M+ annual contract value)
- New logo acquisition in two core sectors: banking, finance, healthcare, or customer care
- Deep understanding of BPO operations, delivery models, and industry best practices
- Extensive experience selling in US markets with knowledge of regional practices and regulations
- Strong network of senior-level contacts within target industries
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills in English; European languages advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
