📋 Description

• Build and lead FloatMe's credit function; set priorities.
• Drive automation for high-volume lending.
• Balance growth and risk to minimize loss rate.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering on ML improvements.
• Partner with Finance, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Support.
• Report to the CEO and influence company strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in credit, ideally consumer lending.
• Experience with end-to-end automated consumer lending processes.
• Fintech or modern lending platforms with automated decisioning.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, support, compliance, and finance to set risk thresholds.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and make sound credit decisions.
• Results-driven, cross-functional, and strong communication.
