- Set a clear direction for PMG's Performance Content, aligning strategy and measurement.
- Lead data-driven creative, DCO, personalization, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Use Alli to translate audience signals into creative decisions.
- Partner with client leaders to define success metrics and KPIs.
- Run regular sessions with clients and teams to review performance and tests.
- Build standards and playbooks for planning, production, trafficking, and measurement.
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in Creative Art; 8+ years in leadership; bachelor’s or equivalent.
- Deep experience leading performance-focused creative across paid social, display, video.
- Comfort with strategy and execution; set direction and solve delivery challenges.
- Practical understanding of ad platforms, formats, specs, trafficking, and tracking.
- Data-driven concepts: DCO, modular creative systems, personalization, and testing methods.
- Collaborative leadership that builds trust across disciplines and raises standards.
