We are seeking a Sales Engineering Lead to own the technical side of our sales process and help win strategic accounts across data center, healthcare, and manufacturing construction. This role sits at the intersection of product expertise, customer engagement, and revenue growth. You’ll partner closely with Account Executives to design solutions, deliver high-impact demos, and ensure Doxel’s value is clearly communicated to executive stakeholders and project teams.

This role will be remote and based in or near London, UK and will require travel once per month.

Your Day to Day

Lead the technical sales process with potential customers at owners and GCs—assisting sales with discovery, demo, and ROI proof

Translate deep construction knowledge (scheduling, cost control, earned value, field operations) into customer value stories

Deliver world-class presentations and demos tailored to executives, field leaders, and technical champions

Partner with Sales leadership to drive revenue growth by supporting multimillion-dollar enterprise deals

Act as the voice of the customer internally—shaping roadmap feedback and supporting product adoption post-sale

Mentor future sales engineers as the company grows

Recognized subject-matter expert on Doxel’s platform, construction workflows, and ROI narrative for data center, healthcare, and advanced manufacturing projects

Consistently delivers executive-level demos and technical validation that accelerate deal cycles and materially influence $1M+ deal outcomes

Proactively shapes deal strategy by identifying technical risks, success criteria, and proof points early in the sales process

Builds the foundation for a scalable EMEA sales engineering function through repeatable demo standards, enablement, and mentoring

What You Bring

5+ years of experience in construction technology, project controls, or related fields

Proven ability to bridge construction expertise with technology adoption

Exceptional communication and presentation skills—able to simplify complex topics for executives and field teams alike

Demonstrated passion for working with customers and winning revenue in partnership with Sales

Track record of supporting large, complex enterprise deals ($1M+ preferred)

Experience in data centers, healthcare, or advanced manufacturing construction a strong plus

Preferred Experience

Deep hands-on construction experience across scheduling, cost controls, or field operations on large, complex programs

Prior client-facing role supporting senior stakeholders at owners, developers, or top-tier general contractors

Experience operating in high-expectation environments with highly complex customers, long sales cycles, and mission-critical delivery requirements
