- Define and champion global Training strategy aligned with mission.
- Lead and mentor Regional Training Managers and teams.
- Partner with Global Support and regional leaders to align training with priorities.
- Identify skill gaps via QA, CSAT, and metrics; translate into interventions.
- Build learning ecosystems: e-learning, workshops, certifications, coaching.
- Establish clear success measures linking learning to business impact.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years leadership in Training, L&D, or Enablement in fast-paced global Support.
- Strong adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Experience designing scalable onboarding and ongoing development in multi-market environments.
- Analytical mindset: translate performance data into learning strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management to influence cross-functional leaders.
