🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years in People Operations or HR admin.
• Experience with HRIS tools (HiBob, Deel).
• Knowledge of Croatian employment practices.
• Strong data integrity and GDPR compliance.
• Fluent English; Croatian language desirable.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
