📋 Description

• Recruit, onboard, and activate affiliates (publishers, networks, influencers)
• Manage day-to-day partner relationships and optimize performance
• Negotiate CPA, RevShare, and hybrid commercial models
• Monitor and scale partners based on ROI and LTV
• Analyze installs, revenue, CPA, ROI, and subscription metrics
• Forecast, budgeting, and growth projections

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in affiliate, partnerships, or performance marketing
• Proven ROI-focused affiliate program scaling
• CPA economics, LTV, attribution expertise
• Hands-on with Impact, CJ, Rakuten; AppsFlyer or Adjust
• Strong analytical skills; confident forecasting
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management; mobile apps & subscriptions
