📋 Description

  • Own and scale influencer strategy across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok to drive enrollments.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage US-based creators aligned to upskilling and finance.
  • Define and execute campaigns with KPIs (CPA, CPL, enrollments, engagement).
  • Align influencer campaigns with paid, brand, and performance marketing goals.
  • Lead negotiations and data-driven optimization of creator partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years of influencer marketing or creator partnerships.
  • Proven experience managing influencer campaigns in the US market.
  • Strong understanding of YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated experience driving CPL, CPA, ROAS, enrollments.
  • Experience negotiating influencer contracts and performance-based deals.
  • Analytical mindset with hands-on use of tools like HubSpot and Looker.
