- Own and scale influencer strategy across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok to drive enrollments.
- Identify, recruit, and manage US-based creators aligned to upskilling and finance.
- Define and execute campaigns with KPIs (CPA, CPL, enrollments, engagement).
- Align influencer campaigns with paid, brand, and performance marketing goals.
- Lead negotiations and data-driven optimization of creator partnerships.
🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years of influencer marketing or creator partnerships.
- Proven experience managing influencer campaigns in the US market.
- Strong understanding of YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok ecosystems.
- Demonstrated experience driving CPL, CPA, ROAS, enrollments.
- Experience negotiating influencer contracts and performance-based deals.
- Analytical mindset with hands-on use of tools like HubSpot and Looker.
