Job Description

As an Impact Specialist (digital care), you are the primary point of contact for our clients and concretely fulfill our mission: creating space for care. You build sustainable relationships with hospitals, delve into their ambitions, processes, and challenges, and translate these into measurable impact with Luscii's programs. You take full ownership of client success after go-live and ensure that programs not only run but demonstrably add value for healthcare providers and patients.

Within Luscii, you continuously monitor and increase the value we deliver. Together with the implementation specialist, you ensure successful implementation, optimize programs based on data, and expand them where relevant. You make results transparent and manageable, both for the client and internally.

You identify opportunities within hospitals and help them optimally utilize the platform. At the same time, you are their first point of contact. You are hands-on, eager to learn, and move easily within complex healthcare organizations. Thanks to your structured approach, you ensure that collaborations not only start well but also remain sustainably successful and make an impact.

Your Role

As an Impact Specialist, you are responsible for the operational success and growth of Luscii - both in the number of programs and the number of patients - with your clients. You act as the first point of contact, the person who understands their objectives and supports them at an operational and tactical level.

What you will do, among other things:

  • Understand client needs and objectives and guide them to achieve their goals regarding healthcare innovation and digitalization.
  • Provide operational support to clients throughout the entire lifecycle of their programs.
  • Act as a sparring partner for healthcare organizations regarding the development, implementation, and expansion of programs.
  • Guide clients in scaling patient numbers, improving program quality, and maximizing impact.
  • Identify opportunities to expand collaborations and achieve goals within the hospital and with regional partners.

Key Benefits

  • Salary: €3,900 - €5,100 gross per month (based on 32 hours – which is full-time at Luscii).
  • Remote-first: Work anywhere in the Netherlands. We stay connected through monthly in-person team days called Assemblii. Additionally, we have office space in Utrecht and Amsterdam where colleagues responsible for successful healthcare transformation in the Netherlands meet every Thursday.
  • Flexible setup: Create your own ideal workplace. Whatever works best for you - we'll make it happen.
  • Culture of freedom: No managers, but ownership. We work according to the principles of Holacracy: think autonomy, transparency, and shared responsibility.
  • Time for life: We have a 4-day work week, Monday to Thursday. Focused, efficient, and human.
  • Continuous growth: Access to courses, events, and space to keep learning. Because you are intrinsically motivated to stay sharp.
  • Team spirit: You join a close-knit and international team of ~75 colleagues who support each other and grow together.
  • Fun counts too: Monthly activities, meaningful moments, and a culture where fun is as important as impact.
  • Saving lives: Making a real impact on the lives of others by working on software that truly makes a difference.

The Ideal Candidate…

...probably doesn't exist, but if you can tick most of the boxes below - please apply! We are looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership and making well-considered decisions independently. You enjoy the autonomy to shape your work and responsibilities while actively seeking collaboration and alignment with others.

You know when to take action, when to involve colleagues, and when you can proceed decisively. For you, working independently does not mean working in isolation. Open communication, transparency, and mutual trust are central to our collaboration.

  • At least five years of experience within a similar role (e.g., Customer Success Manager or Specialist, Relationship Manager) and/or organization, where you have worked in a project-based role with consultancy and advisory activities;
  • You understand what a client needs, thanks to your knowledge of the market and sector. You not only think about the short term but also what will be needed in the future;
  • You enjoy a flexible work environment - you work at hospitals, with partners, with the team on-site, and from home. You also enjoy being on the road a lot.
  • You can work well both collaboratively and independently. In your role, you work independently with partners and hospitals, while simultaneously being part of a team where you collaborate closely;
  • English is the language we use for all internal communication within Luscii, so you are fluent in it. Communication with clients is entirely in Dutch.
  • Currently, we are looking for candidates who already live and work in the Netherlands. Only apply if you already live and work in the Netherlands and speak Dutch fluently.
