Job Description
The Bovine Animal Health Territory Manager is responsible for executing sales strategies to optimize territory performance, collaborating with customers and cross-functional partners, and managing accounts/clinics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven sales performance in previous roles
- Minimum of three (3) years of sales experience, preferably in the animal health sector
- AAI Culture elements of BISA working style
- Master of social media trends and understanding of their power
- Understanding of social media power on business activities
- Keen business acumen - Account management
- Commercial planning and customer prioritization skills
- Account management experience or understanding of this field
- Presentation skills and excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills, including computer resources and technology; Outlook, MS Office, smartphone, and CRM tools
- Strong sales and negotiation techniques
- Autonomy and growth-focused attitude
- Team spirit
- Ability to travel (including over one day)
- Valid provincial driver's license required (dependent on assigned territory)
- Residence located within the assigned geographic territory
- Fluency in both French and English is required for Quebec-based positions
