Senior Procurement Analyst at Alliance HCM
Job Description
This role is a fully remote Senior Procurement Analyst position located in the Legal department, focusing on Enterprise tools, contracts, and account relationships through the lens of compliance and governance.
Requirements
- Lead the procurement process for spend categories
- Develop sourcing strategies aligned with operational needs and long-term project goals
- Establish, develop, and manage supplier relationships and expectations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align sourcing strategies accordingly
- Support sourcing initiatives, including RFIs/RFPs, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations
- Maintain vendor relationships, manage contract renewals, and monitor supplier performance where applicable
- Work closely with Legal, Finance, and IT teams to ensure contract compliance and risk mitigation
- Conduct market and supplier research to stay current on trends and benchmark pricing
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and best practices
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the procurement organization
