Software Quality Assurance Analyst (Remote) at LabCorp

Job Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Software QA Analyst to join our fast-moving, collaborative engineering organization. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to make a meaningful impact on product quality. You’ll contribute to regression testing, work closely with developers and product managers, and help ensure we deliver exceptional experiences to our users.

Duties and Responsibilities

Contribute to regression testing for releases and high-impact feature changes.
Collaborate early with developers and product managers to shape testing strategy throughout the development lifecycle.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily standups, backlog refinements, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Triage bugs from internal and external sources and ensure issues are clearly documented.
Monitor and investigate production issues to support product stability and performance.
Analyze QA workflows to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
Communicate progress, risks, and findings clearly across the development lifecycle.

Minimum Education and Experience Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience.
0–2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or related technical fields.
Familiarity with tools such as Git, JIRA, Confluence, Xcode, Android Studio, Charles Proxy.
Understanding of software engineering fundamentals, networking basics, and REST APIs.
Ability to prioritize across multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
