- Knowledge of BI tools like Tableau, Excel, Alteryx, R, Python, etc. is a plus
The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for developing, maintaining and enhancing analytical solutions, with a strong focus on Tableau. This is a highly technical, hands-on role, closely connected to business needs.
This role operates in a fast-paced, high-demand FMCG environment with multiple global stakeholders and concurrent priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis and Root Cause Analysis of discrepancies between datasources
- Develop, maintain and enhance Tableau dashboards
- Own the technical design and delivery of analytics solutions end-to-end
- Partner with business teams to understand needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Ensure data quality, governance and performance across BI solutions
- Work with large datasets from multiple internal and external sources
- Operate in an agile environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Collaborate with global teams across different time zones
- Drive continuous improvements in BI processes, architecture and visualization
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Data Analyst
- Advanced Tableau expertise (mandatory)
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Background in large organizations, preferably FMCG
- Fluent English for meetings with NA teams (US and Canada)
- Strong resilience, autonomy and ability to perform under pressure
- Knowledge of KPIs and scorecards required
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to facilitate effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement, explaining complex data concepts to non-technical individuals.
Nice to have: Experience in RGM (Revenue Growth Management) / TPM (Trade Promotion Management) systems
Education / Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Postgraduate degree in Data & Analytics, or a related field is a plus
