📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end month-end for Benelux and Nordic regions
• Own and report periodic balance sheet with reconciliation
• Direct weekly payment run and maintain ledger hygiene
• Primary contact for external tax and accounting advisors
• Proactively implement control improvements to speed up close
• Partner with Regional Leads to deliver commercial narratives

🎯 Requirements

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified; finalists considered
• Advanced MS Excel with formulas and Pivot; SAP/BusinessOne a plus
• Background in fast-paced practice or multi-entity industry role
• Excellent stakeholder communication across finance/non-finance
• European language skills advantageous (Dutch/Swedish/Norwegian/Danish)
• Love of dogs is essential
