IT Application Engineer at Turvo

📋 Description

• Manage Okta, Slack, Google Workspace, JAMF, Jira/Confluence.
• Design automation for user accounts, security, deployments, patching.
• Provide onsite & remote support for access, VPN, workstations, peripherals.
• Oversee SSO, user/group management, and security policies.
• Administer macOS/Windows/mobile; manage LAN/WAN, VPNs.
• Configure office IT infra; assets, vendor coordination, procurement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 6+ years of IT administration experience.
• Expertise in identity & access management (Okta) and JAMF MDM for macOS.
• Strong networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, cloud networking).
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS is a plus.
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash) for automation.
