- Oversee ideation to delivery for campaigns with clients.
- Define creative territories and align on success before production.
- Invent AI-native concepts that feel premium and on-brand.
- Build a scalable pipeline: moodboards → narrative frames → production direction.
- Direct execution with artists and producers to ensure curated outputs.
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in Creative Direction / Art Direction / Concepting.
- Portfolio showing world-building and storytelling.
- Fluent in AI-enabled work; capable of leading outcomes.
- Proven ability to sell ideas to clients and gain approvals.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced production rhythm.
- Understanding of usage rights / licensing / talent protection.
