What You'll Do:
Analytics Consulting & Customer Partnership
- Serve as the primary analytics consultant for selected, priority customers, guiding them in leveraging Unite Us’ analytics and predictive capabilities to achieve measurable business outcomes
- Partner closely with Account Executives and Customer Success leaders to align analytics goals, define success criteria, and embed measurable outcomes into customer Joint Success Plans.
- Lead the development and execution of customer-specific analytics strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational priorities.
- Shape program design and evaluation approaches for priority customers to ensure interventions are measurable, methodologically sound, and aligned to targeted business and policy outcomes.
- Gather and translate business requirements for custom data solutions, including custom predictive models, ensuring objectives are clear, feasible, and value-driven.
- Act as a senior analytics consultant for predictive analytics customers, supporting implementation, adoption, and long-term engagement to ensure sustained value realization.
- Serve as a predictive analytics subject matter expert in customer engagements, translating model outputs and complex data science concepts into clear, actionable insights.
- Evaluate customer data readiness and communicate modeling requirements and constraints to Data Science teams, ensuring deliverables are interpretable, transparent, and business-relevant.
- Deliver advanced analytics findings and predictive insights to both technical and non-technical audiences in a compelling, decision-oriented manner.
- Advise customers on analytics best practices, data interpretation, visualization, and embedding analytics into day-to-day workflows to advance analytics maturity.
Strategic Influence & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex analytics and predictive modeling customer needs.
- Partner with Product, Data Science, Sales, and Customer Success leaders to surface customer insights, identify opportunities for analytics innovation, and influence analytics and product roadmaps.
- Serve as the analytics representative on cross-functional initiatives (e.g., Platform Integrated Product Team), contributing perspective on data standards, customer success metrics, and analytics readiness.
- Track analytics adoption and impact across assigned customers, identifying opportunities for deeper engagement and expanded use of analytics capabilities.
- Contribute to the development of analytics best practices, frameworks, and reusable approaches that scale customer impact across the organization.
Thought Leadership & Practice Development
- Serve as a role model for consultative analytics delivery, analytical rigor, and customer-centric problem solving.
- Informally mentor and support other analysts and consultants through knowledge sharing, feedback, and collaboration (without direct people management).
- Contribute to internal enablement by sharing learnings, use cases, and best practices related to predictive analytics and advanced analytics delivery.
You’re a great fit for this role if:
- 5+ years of professional experience in predictive analytics, analytics consulting, or advanced data-driven strategy roles.
- 3+ years of experience working with social care, population health, or other SDoH datasets.
- Practical experience in public health, Medicaid policy, and/or healthcare delivery, applying data and analytics to inform program strategy, measurement, and outcomes.
- Experience working with healthcare datasets such as claims, enrollment, or EHR data.
- Demonstrated success in customer-facing roles involving strategic solution implementation and long-term customer partnership.
- Strong background in predictive modeling, machine learning, or advanced statistical methods.
- Significant experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency with SQL and/or programming languages (Python, R, etc.) to support advanced analytics and predictive modeling solutions.
- Proven ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to executive and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with enterprise software environments (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, HubSpot, Asana, Jira, Microsoft Excel)
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Public Health, Health Policy, or a related field with a strong quantitative/analytics focus required.
- Advanced degree (Master’s or higher) preferred.
Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions
- This position is remote, U.S. based.
- This position may require 25% travel
- The target pay range for this role is: $140,000-$160,000. This salary range represents our target hiring range for this role. The proposed salary will be dependent on the candidate's skills, experience, and competencies, as well as location.
