📋 Description

• Own day-to-day delivery of AI image/video projects across timelines.
• Build project plans with milestones, reviews, and definition of done.
• Lead client updates and feedback to drive next steps.
• Run internal sessions with creative/production to unblock work.
• Track versions, deliverables, and dependencies with clean systems.
• Keep briefs, notes, trackers, and handoff docs organized.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in project coordination/management in agency/studio.
• PR/influencer activations experience is a plus.
• Comfort running multi-step timelines with many moving parts.
• Confident communicator to lead calls and manage feedback.
• Organized and detail-oriented; create structure for creativity.
• Thrive in fast-paced, iterative environments; collaborates well.
