- Own full sales cycle for AMS and Phase X in Central/West
- Build co-selling relationships with Workday AEs and field sales
- Attend Workday events, Regional User Groups, partner forums, and client events
- Identify expansion opportunities within Workday accounts with 2,500 employees or fewer
- Manage CRM pipeline, forecast accurately, and update leadership on deal status
- Collaborate with delivery teams to develop proposals and statements of work
π― Requirements
- 2+ years Workday experience (HCM, Financials, Payroll)
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Workday SI or Partner Sales at another Workday implementation partner
- HCM or Financials domain expert turned seller
- Existing relationships with Workday AEs in Central/West
- Experience selling professional services, managed services, or SaaS-adjacent solutions
