- Lead software delivery, governance, and DevSecOps practices
- Define AWS-native data strategy and secure delivery at scale
- Drive AI strategy with governance, guardrails, and compliance
- Oversee applications and data tooling from field tools to exec dashboards
- Lead internal teams and vendor partnerships to deliver high-velocity outcomes
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in software development; 5+ leading teams and vendor delivery
- Experience in regulated environments (SOX, NIST, ISO 27001) and backlog prioritization
- AWS-native development (Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3)
- Infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines; Python & Node.js
- Data engineering and lakehouse architecture; BI (PowerBI/QuickSight)
- Production AI: LLM-based features, AI governance
