Data Scientist at Grow Therapy

Lead experimentation strategy and metric development
Design and analyze A/B tests for product and growth decisions
Build predictive, behavioral, and attribution models for personalization
Collaborate with product, engineering, design, marketing, and ops to quantify impact
Develop dashboards and scalable data tools for self-serve insights
Shape evaluation of AI-powered systems and translate analyses into guidance

5+ years of experience in a quantitative role within a product-focused environment
Strong fluency in SQL and Python
Deep experience with experimentation design, statistical analysis, and causal inference
Track record of influencing product or growth strategy through data-driven insights
Experience building predictive or machine learning models (bonus for production experience)
Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex findings
