Portuguese Speaking Project Coordinator at Infotree Global Solutions

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to play a key role in the journey our clients customers embark on when they implement our clients platform. The successful candidate will ensure customers experience world-class support and collaborate closely with internal experts.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project management, support, or client-facing roles
• Fluency in English and Portuguese
• Excellent communication and expectation management skills
• Confidence in meeting facilitation
• Ability to think both critically and creatively
• Growth mindset with a coaching attitude
• Ability to work across a wide variety of subject areas
• Comfortable working to deadlines and iterating quickly based on feedback
