Job Description

šŸ“‹ Description

  • Own outbound prospecting and build a pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Generate opportunities by researching and engaging prospects.
  • Cold call and email prospects to initiate conversations and book meetings.
  • Assess prospect pains and determine fit for Pantheon’s solutions.
  • Tailor outreach and communicate Pantheon’s value proposition.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Account Executives to drive pipeline growth.

  • A strong drive to learn, a passion for technology, and a willingness to engage with people.
  • Previous customer-facing experience (support, retail, hospitality, etc.) is a plus.
  • Confidence in outreach to prospects through phone, email, and social channels.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
  • Strong organization and time management skills to prioritize outbound efforts effectively.
  • A collaborative mindset; work with Account Executives, Marketing, and the sales team.
